How to Begin:

  • Fill out the application below. Once submitted, I’ll reach out within 5–7 business days using your preferred method of communication.

  • We’ll meet for a gentle, grounding conversation to explore your needs, preferences, and what kind of support feels right for you. This helps us both understand whether we feel like a good match.

  • After our consultation, I take 2–3 days to reflect on what we discussed and ensure I can offer you the level of care you deserve. You’ll receive a follow‑up message within 72 hours letting you know whether I’m able to offer you a reduced‑rate spot. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll share that openly. You’re welcome to reapply later or explore a future start date that feels more grounded for both of us.

  • If accepted, you can choose the pathway that feels most supportive.

  • Your spot is officially reserved once your agreement is signed and your first payment is made. From there, we’ll schedule our session.
