I am passionate about healing, wellness, and everything about birth! I’ve always believed that we all have a part in the divine plan. The more we align with our part, heal our wounds, and expand. The better our life will become! I’ve been passionate about health and wellness since I was little, but I didn’t start taking my personal ascension journey seriously until 2019. At that point, I knew I needed and wanted to better my life, connect deeper with the divine with myself, and eventually with the world. Since I am a lifetime learner, I started learning & putting into practice more about mindfulness, coping mechanisms, dealing with stress and triggers, the art of letting go, self-acceptance, and so on. One of the things I discovered through my studies, my actions, and moving through life was that there are so many tools to support us in going through life that I wasn’t taught growing up, and neither were my friends.

Simply because our families lacked the proper tools to teach us. So, one of my missions is to teach emotional regulation tools, healthy coping mechanisms, mindfulness, acceptance, and, once again, the list goes on. I aspire to share all my tools because we all deserve to know and understand what nourishes our mind, body, and spirit. Also, life can sometimes be overwhelming, and we simply deserve great things. Within the past several years, the divine and I have co-created many beautiful things I can’t wait to share with you. Life didn’t come with a guidebook; you must write your own, so why not write ours together?
